[edit] About
One of the three fleas organized by the Hell's Kitchen Flea Market, the West 25th Street Flea is today's remnant of Chelsea’s golden age of outdoor fleas. Open on weekend in the parking lot behind the Cathedral of St. Sava, between Broadway and 6th Avenue, this flea features up to 125 vendors selling antiques (or just old things), collectibles, vintage clothing, furniture and other types of vintage and assorted mid-century modern items, like African wooden carvings and Asian enamel dishes. The flea is a low-price, but the bargain is always welcome. Right across is the Showplace Antique and Design Center.
