Capo Auction is an auction house located in Long Island City, Queens, just over the 59th Street Bridge. Spread on 6,000 sq. foot space, the auction specializes in the acquisition, sale and appraisal of fine antique furniture, paintings, silver, jewelry and decorative art. General fine art and antiques auctions are held once a month, with special sales quarterly for categories such as jewelry, celebrity estates, single owner estates, silver and paintings, decorative and modern art. On site previews are held Thursday and Friday, prior to the Saturday sale.
Capo Auction is run by Michael Capo, who is in the third generation antiques dealer.
