Boekenmarkt op het Spui is a weekly flea market that is located within the Spui square in the center of Amsterdam. This is the perfect place to look for antique and rare books, maps, prints, pamphlets, posters, as well as documents in Dutch, English, French and German. Over here, you can find rare pieces on literature, history, art, and other subjects. For more than 20 years, Boekenmarkt op het Spui has hosted more than 25 vendors who sell antique books every Friday. In addition, each bookseller that participates in the Spui Book Market has to be a member of the Spui Book Market Association.
