Established in 1969, Kleanthous Antiques is a family business that is still being run by its original founders, Chris, Nana and Costas Kleanthous. In its spacious and well-lit showroom, you can find a wide collection of the finest blue and white china, Oriental and European ivories, British and Continental porcelain and silver. The store also offers some wonderful furniture pieces, including candelabra, candlesticks, lightings, mirrors, tables, commodes, and many others. In October 2006, QP wrote, "Perfect condition is the rule rather than the exception at Kleanthous Antiques – a peaceful shrine to vintage excellence amid the bustling tourist trap is west London's Portobello Road." Kleanthous is a member of professional organisations such as LAPADA, CINOA and PADA.
