Located in the historic Houston Heights neighborhood, Installations Antiques is an antique shop with a mix of American and European antiques, with a particular emphasis on Belgian items. It features a wide variety of antiques such as old books, ceramics, indigenous art, furniture, jewelry, paintings and fine art, sports memorabilia, old toys and many more. The husband and wife owners, Becki and Jur van der Oord, have been in this business since 1995, outfitting their more than 100-year-old warehouse with interesting collections and antiques.
