Founded in 1978, Herman & Wilkinson Auction Rooms is a full-service auction house in Dublin, located on Lower Rathmines Road. The house specializes in a range of antiques encompassing everything from furniture to jewellery to paintings to silver to oriental rugs to weapons to music instruments and more. Auctions are held on a weekly basis, totalling between 80 and 90 per annum, which is more than any other auction house in Ireland. Owners of Herman & Wilkinson - David Herman and Raymond Wilkinson - are eminent professionals of long standing who have auctioneered since the early 1960s. David's previous occupation was with Allen & Townsend, and Ray used to work for James Adams & Co.
