Arthur Swirgon is a European style antique gallery on South California Street in East Garfield Park, featuring a large inventory of antiques from the 17th through early 20th centuries. The store specializes in furniture, paintings, etchings, porcelain, sculptures, pottery, glass, as well as old European cuts, pearls and cufflinks. On top of that, it features one of the largest retail collections of African American art in the Chicago area. Owner of the shop, Arthur Swirgon, is an art historian himself who earned his Master degree in Art History in 2005. He has been working with antiques, fine art and jewelry for almost 15 years.
