Located in the western part of Hollywood, Woven Accents is a charming antique store that specializes in antique rugs. The shop, which was opened in 1980 by Abraham Moradzadeh, was originally named Abraham Rug Gallery. It was not until 2005, when the owner's son Sam Moradzadeh joined the family business, was the store renamed as Woven Accents. Before 2005, the shop focused on vintage and antique rugs from Turkey, Nepal, Egypt, Iran, while also featuring European tapestries from the 17th to 20th century. Today, its collection includes modern rugs too. Woven Accents deals with leading contemporary rug designers and manufacturers, such as Carini Lang, Zoë Luyendijk Studio, Emma Gardner Design, etc. The store also offers rug repair and cleaning services.
