The Heffel Gallery is a Canadian art gallery and fine art auction house that is headquartered in Vancouver, with offices in Toronto and Montreal. Founded in 1978 by businessman and art collector Kenneth G. Heffel, the gallery specializes in 19th and 20th century Canadian art, as well as those by international artists. Today, the auctions are managed by Kenneth's sons David and Robert Heffel. The Montreal Gallery was established in 2005 in a 19th century stone building on Sherbrooke Street. Originally a family home, the building now offers ample exhibition and office space of over 8000 square feet. The exhibition area for the live and online auction previews is on the ground floor. There are also special rooms for appraisal, photography of works, storage and shipping services.
